Our goal in Worship at East Cherokee is to lead one another into the Father's presece in a community of grace and acceptance. It begins with a heart-warming flow of praise songs and hymns that exalt God and refresh the soul.
Like a shepherd who gathers his flock together in green pastures, Pastor Mike feeds us from the Word of God through expositional Bible preaching. The highlight of our worship is celebrating our redemption with the Lord's Table (Communion).
A nursery and children's worship (Little Lambs) is available during the worship service.
Following worship we break for refreshments in the Fellowship Hall. This is a good time to meet our church family and make new friends.
After a time of fellowship we give 30 minutes to questions about the Sunday morning message and learn how the Living Word helps us in our daily lives. This experience makes the morning complete as we seek to encourage one another by depending on Christ.
